1. Booking Policy

All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. The balance payment must be cleared before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval from Vromonika Tourism.

2. Payment Terms

Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods. Any additional charges incurred during the trip (entry fees, extra meals, personal expenses, etc.) will be borne by the traveler. Prices are subject to change based on government taxes, fuel surcharges, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Amendments & Delays

Vromonika Tourism reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or operational issues.We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.

5. Traveler’s Responsibility

Travelers must carry valid identity proof and necessary travel documents. Any damage caused to property (hotel/transport) by the traveler will be their sole responsibility.It is the traveler’s duty to follow local customs, laws, and safety guidelines.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Vromonika Tourism acts only as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, airlines, etc.).We are not responsible for loss, theft, accidents, medical emergencies, or delays beyond our control.Travelers are advised to take adequate travel insurance for their own safety.
